Shipping and Deliveries on select items in the store

Important Shipping information:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within seven business days. NOTE: At times, some orders may take slightly longer to pack and ship due to inventory issues, holidays, postal service-related issues/holidays or unforeseen situations. We make every effort to pack and ship your item(s) as quickly as possible.

You may receive two different emails confirming your purchase; one email will come from our store, the other will come from the Postal Service with your tracking number.

Domestic orders should arrive within about a week of departing our store. Depending on weight, domestic orders will ship either as First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.

International orders can take up to six weeks* before they reach their destination. Furthermore, your tracking number will only update while your package is in the United States. When it departs the US for an international destination, it is no longer trackable due to different shipping companies and routes. NOTE: You will be subject to any applicable customs and duties of your country.

*SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We have been notified by the USPS that some countries, including but not limited to Russia, are experiencing heavy back-ups on deliveries. Some international deliveries can take a few months. We have no control over this process and while we strive to bring you the best service possible, there is very little we can do once a package has departed the United States for its international delivery.
